Couples working together is as old as the earth, whether working the farm, running the grocery store, or being Lucy and Desi  Joseph and Nancy started Essex Two in 1989 before they were married. While they are an excellent example of opposites attracting Joseph and Nancy have worked well together from the beginning. They notice the same details and ask the same questions. They have balanced their lives to have a little bit of work in their personal life and a little bit of personal life in their work.
